Help maintain community integrity and support Bangladesh Family users

What is a BDF Admin Moderator?

A Bangladesh Family (BDF) Admin Moderator is a trusted community leader who manages and maintains one or more BDF groups at the district, upazila, or community level. Moderators are the backbone of the BDF network — they ensure content quality, resolve member issues, approve new member requests, and uphold the values and rules of the Bangladesh Family community in their area.

Unlike generic social media administrators, BDF Moderators are formally verified, trained through official BDF onboarding, and given access to a dedicated moderator dashboard within the BDF app and website. They play an important role in making BDF a safe, trustworthy, and useful platform for every member in their region.

BDF currently has moderators in every division of Bangladesh, and is expanding to cover all 64 districts and 495 upazilas. This is a volunteer leadership role with recognition, training support, and income-earning opportunities through the BDF Income Module.

Content Moderation

Review posts before they go live in your group, remove spam or rule-violating content, and maintain the quality standard that makes BDF groups reliable and safe for all members.

Member Support

Help members with queries, guide new members on how to use BDF features, resolve disputes between members, and escalate complex issues to the BDF central admin team when needed.

Community Engagement

Encourage active participation, initiate discussions on local topics, promote local service providers, and organize community activities that increase engagement in your area's BDF group.

Growth Reporting

Submit regular activity reports to the BDF admin team covering new member count, active posts, issues resolved, and local growth metrics to help BDF improve services in your district.

Local Partnership

Connect local businesses, service providers, and community organizations with the BDF platform. Help onboard new business partners in your district and facilitate their listing within BDF's business directory.
