To create an account, download the Bangladesh Family app from Google Play Store, open it, and tap "Sign Up". You'll need to provide your phone number, verify it with an OTP, and complete your profile with basic information like name, district, and upazila.
You'll need to provide: your full name, phone number, district, upazila, and optionally your profile picture. We may also ask for additional verification details to ensure account security and community safety.
Community groups are automatically assigned based on your district and upazila. You'll be added to relevant groups for tuition, matrimony, to-let, and jobs. You can also request to join additional groups through the app settings.
Yes, you can post in multiple groups. However, please ensure your posts are relevant to each group's purpose. For example, job-related posts should go in the jobs group, and service offers should go in the services group.
Use the Services section to browse service providers in your district. Look for providers with good ratings and reviews from community members. You can also ask for recommendations in your community groups.
Go to the Services section and tap "Offer Service". Fill in your service details, including description, and contact information. Your service will be visible to community members in your area.
