Bangladesh Family (BDF) is a community platform — it does not act as an intermediary, guarantor, or financial institution for any transactions that occur between members. Any buying, selling, lending, borrowing, investment, or financial arrangement made between members of the BDF community is entirely a private matter between those individuals.

BDF does not endorse, verify, guarantee, or assume any responsibility for the financial claims, pricing, product quality, or business legitimacy of any individual member, business listing, or service provider on the platform. Members are strongly advised to:

• Conduct independent due diligence before entering into any financial arrangement with another member
• Verify the identity and credentials of the other party through offline means before transferring money
• Never make large payments in advance without first establishing trust through verified channels
• Report suspicious financial solicitations to the BDF admin team immediately
• Seek legal or financial advice for significant transactions

Posts, announcements, service listings, business information, and other content shared by members in BDF groups are the sole responsibility of those members. While BDF moderators review content for compliance with community guidelines, BDF does not independently verify the factual accuracy of every piece of information posted by members.

Members are encouraged to cross-check important information — including health advice, legal information, financial data, job listings, and business claims — with official sources before acting on them. If you encounter inaccurate or misleading information in a BDF group, please report it to the group moderator or the BDF admin team.

The BDF website and app may contain links to external websites, Facebook groups, WhatsApp communities, and other third-party platforms. These links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement of those external platforms or their content. BDF has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of external sites and assumes no responsibility for them.

When you leave the BDF platform to access external links, you are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those external platforms. We encourage members to review the privacy policies of any external site they visit.

Bangladesh Family is a non-political community platform. BDF does not endorse, support, or affiliate with any political party, candidate, political ideology, or political movement in Bangladesh or internationally. Political campaigning, partisan propaganda, and divisive political content are strictly prohibited in all BDF groups and communities.

Any member found using BDF groups or data for political purposes will have their membership revoked. BDF will cooperate with relevant authorities if it becomes aware of BDF data being used for illegal political activities. Members who attempt to politicize BDF community spaces will be permanently banned from the platform.

All members of Bangladesh Family are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with Bangladeshi law and BDF community guidelines. The following are strictly prohibited on the BDF platform:

Violations of these rules may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent ban from the BDF platform. Serious violations will be reported to the relevant Bangladeshi authorities in accordance with the Digital Security Act and other applicable laws.
